2. Website hosting and email

This revised website is currently provided as a Lovable preview. Existing one.com hosting and email accounts remain unchanged; this preview has not been moved to one.com. The website does not use a customer database, inquiry platform or employee login. Before public release, the actual hosting provider, contractual data processing arrangements under Article 28 GDPR, server log retention and any international transfers must be confirmed.

3. Technical access data

Technical delivery and security may require processing the IP address, access time, requested page or file, HTTP status, browser and operating system data and referrer information. Processing required for secure website operation is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The provider-specific scope and retention must be confirmed for the final hosting configuration.

4. Fonts, cookies and tracking

Fonts and website images are provided through the website’s assets. No marketing or analytics trackers, optional cookie preferences, external CAPTCHA or customer authentication are integrated into the website. A cookie consent banner is not implemented because the website does not introduce consent-requiring cookies. Preview-platform processing must be assessed separately before public release.

5. Email inquiries and attachments

Email links open your own email application; clicking does not transmit inquiry content to TURKTEC. You decide whether to send a message and attach documents. When you contact us, we process contact details, message content and documents necessary to answer your inquiry and prepare an offer. Article 6(1)(b) GDPR applies where you are a prospective contracting party. For contacts acting for a business and other inquiries, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR applies based on our legitimate interest in responding to business communications.

There are no website uploads or automatic case numbers. For particularly sensitive technical documents, please agree a suitable transfer method in advance.

6. Retention

Inquiry correspondence is retained only as long as necessary for its purpose or applicable statutory retention obligations and legal claims. Data no longer required are deleted unless a legal retention duty applies. The final hosting provider’s technical log retention must be confirmed before release; no unverified fixed period is stated.

8. Secure connections

Use the HTTPS version of the website. Transport encryption does not replace an individually agreed secure transfer method for confidential email attachments.
